I have recently become the owner of a 2003 Nissan Micra K12. Initially my thoughts were that it would be
terribly slow and boring to drive - but I was wrong!
A nippy little supermini, at 1386cc, 98bhp and 1060kg, this car has a power to weight ratio of 23.85 lb/bhp. Not the fastest car on the roads by any means, but better then most Corsas ;)
- Planned performance mods:
EBC brake discs and Green Stuff pads
Drum-to-disc conversion on the rear end
Coilovers with an approx 35mm drop, more if it works out
New 16" wheels - looking at Momo Corse in black with polished rim, 195x45 tyres
Induction kit
Stainless exhaust (manifold to tailpipe)
Fast road clutch
- Planned cosmetic mods:
Replacing front seats with black buckets
Open up grill
Replacing gear knob and handbrake handle
- Planned miscellaneous mods:
Replace space-saver spare with full size alloy
Removing rear seats
- Completed mods:
Sprayed parts of the dash black
Replaced stereo and speakers
